A journey of thousand miles, begins with a single step. The People’s Education Society and Trust’s (PES &T’s) journey started in 1967, with the establishment of A.M.Shaikh Homeopathic Medical College (AMSHMC) at Belgaum by the late Dr. A.M.Shaikh. PES & T’s main objective is to provide ‘Quality Education’ in professional courses to our youth. It is a matter of great pride that the trust now boasts of 8 institutions which provide educational opportunities to students ranging from Nursery to Post graduate level in a variety of streams ranging from medicine to Management.

Powered by the dynamic leadership of its Chairman and Managing Trustee, Mr. Abu Shaikh, the Trust is continuously working towards building institutions, which are temples of knowledge and islands of excellence. Belgaum Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) is the latest JEWEL IN THE CROWN of PES&T.

Belgaum Institute of Management Studies aims at equipping individuals students with the necessary professional knowledge, skills and values that will enable them to grow into individuals who can face successfully the challenges which they would encounter both at the National & International levels in their professional career in Industries and Business and become capable of reaching commanding positions.
